1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

  1. Orders under $100: Flat rate $15 + GST
  2. Orders over $100: Flat rate $10 + GST
  3. Orders over $300: Fee Shipping
  4. Spill Kits: Shipping varies by size and weight – Request a Quote

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or other factors outside our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track your parcel in real time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the following countries/regions: New Zealand. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or Private Bags at this time.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 Days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at [email protected]. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
